    As a third generation general contractor, Tony Espinoza has extensive management, technical, and trade knowledge in the construction industry. Mr. Espinoza has had overall organizational management responsibility for multiple successful Construction Management and General Contracting firms that serve California’s educational sector. Therefore, his expertise is invaluable to K-14 Districts embarking on new construction and modernization programs and projects. Mr. Espinoza has earned the confidence of clients, architects, and other professionals in the industry because of his pragmatic approach to program development, individual projects, and the overall construction process.     John D. McGrew - Executive Vice President

    Key Qualifications
    John McGrew is a fourth generation general contractor who has been in the construction industry for 46 years. He has spent his career building progressive experience in all phases of heavy industrial and commercial construction. He delivered a project under one of the first Multiple Prime Delivery Methods in 1986 on the ISU Campus in Ames. IA. For the last 20 years, Mr. McGrew has served the educational sector in a senior management capacity. Mr. McGrew has a demonstrated record of timely and cost-effective completion of individual major projects, programs and educational facilities construction programs totaling over $2.5 billion. His experience includes the entire spectrum of project, program, and construction management, from initial conceptualization and entitlement through design, engineering and pre-construction, construction, commissioning and closeout.

    Terry Zinger - Vice President

    Key Qualifications
    One of California’s most experienced and well-respected facilities professionals, Terry Zinger is well known throughout the industry for his command of the broader considerations of facility development and program management, to include design, funding, agency coordination and regulatory requirements. His experience includes over 44 years of management experience in major facilities design, construction, maintenance and operations. In addition to project, departmental and divisional management positions within large Owner organizations, Mr. Zinger was President and CEO of his own design/build firm, completing over $60 Million in various entertainment and recreational projects.
    Mr. Zinger is a principal of California Construction Management so over the past fourteen years, his efforts have been concentrated in the construction and modernization of schools and community colleges throughout the State.
