Whether you need an entire project team or interim staff support, CCM can propose a solution for you. CCM provides expert management of both new construction and modernization projects utilizing Multiple-Prime or Agency Construction Management (General Contractor oversight), while ensuring the highest level of control over quality, budget, schedule, and safety.
Lease-Leaseback Management
In recent years, Lease-Leaseback has become an increasingly popular delivery method because it gives Districts greater control over the outcome of a project. CCM has successfully managed dozens of Lease-Leaseback projects throughout the state and utilizes proven methods during management to ensure the best possible result.
Project Rescue
When a project or program is in (or heading for trouble) District’s and their legal counsel have relied on CCM’s multi-discipline team of experts to be a productive and objective force in getting things back on track while avoiding litigation or claims. Our executives, regarded as experts in problem resolution and minimizing construction litigation, bring a balanced and pragmatic approach to resolving issues by reinforcing the perspective that all parties are best served by meeting project objectives first, then collaboratively working towards prompt and reasonable settlement of issues.
Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment Management (FF&E)
Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment procured by the District is often a major component within large construction and modernization programs. Managing and coordinating the effort to procure, schedule, and install FF&E, in coordination with the facilities construction schedule can be a large, incremental load on departments already stretched thin. Our teams are experienced keeping this important aspect of the effort on-track over the course of the program and minimizing issues with FF&E.
Division of State Architect (DSA) Project Close-Out
Projects that are not properly closed and certified can hinder the approval and state funding of future projects. For many years, CCM has helped Districts through this barrier by establishing an aggressive certification plan. We provide a status review and in-depth analysis so that you can make an educated decision regarding the direction your district needs to take. Together, we create an effective plan for your certification goals. This is invaluable in protecting not only the interests of your school district, but also those of your Board of Trustees.

Rancho Campana High School and Performing Arts Center Oxnard Union High School District
Complete management services and entitlement procurement. Lease-leaseback purchasing method. Construction of a new high school campus with eight new buildings, including a performing arts center, classrooms, a food services building, three classroom buildings, an administration building, M&O building, locker rooms, and an exercise building.
The campus is constructed as a 21st century learning facility, utilizing the “Linked Learning” format and will be using cutting edge technology to provide a more interactive approach to the learning experience.

Adolfo Camarillo HS and Hueneme HS Aquatic Center Oxnard Union High School District
Full-service management of lease-leaseback delivery. Construction of two new aquatics facilities including an 8556-sf pool, concrete decks, bathhouse/storage/mechanical rooms, walks ramps, and other site improvements. Winner of 2015 Project Achievement Award from CMAA Southern California Chapter for Public Works Less Than $10 Million.
